Posted in: Conversations and Connections: Pegasus Pathways

Tuesday, September 19 | 7:30 p.m. EST

MJ says:  “I can attest to the many benefits of mentoring. Many doors were opened for me by my mentors. I made a promise to each of them that I would reach back and do the same for others.”

Mary Jane been a part of Case Western Reserve University School of Law’s Mentoring Alumni Program (MAP) for some time. “The time spent with my mentees has made me a better employer, sharpened my leadership skills, and educated me about the challenges and dreams of a future generation of lawyers.” She will talk from her own experience about how to be a resource for discussion about career paths, employment opportunities and the “unwritten rules” mentees need to know.
